We were all excited for the forthcoming resurrection of one of our childhood heroes - Wonder Woman. At this time, actress Adrianne Palicki was tapped to play the lead role of Diana Prince, the woman executive who moonlights as Wonder Woman.
There were too much hype to the show starring Adrienne Palicki until it was reported that NBC dropped the pilot episode of the show penned by Kelley. Many casual fans were surprised but showbiz hardcores were not surprised at all.
It is said that the pilot episode seemed like made with haste. The scenes were not convincing at all and many of those who have seen the episode gave thumbs down and that prompted NBC not to air the show and put it in shelves. Sad for Adrianne Palicki, it was supposedly her time to shine.
